Can I de-link my account later? What happens then? OR Can I remove the SlideShare application from my Facebook profile?

Yes, you can de-link your SlideShare account from Facebook by clicking on the Sync SlideShare.net account button on Facebook.
Once you do this, all the presentations you have uploaded from your Facebook account will be removed from SlideShare.net and all the presentations you have uploaded from SlideShare.net will be removed from Facebook.
To remove the SlideShare app from your Facebook profile, follow the steps below:
- Login to Facebook
- Navigate to Privacy Settings from the drop down menu on the top right of the page
- Scroll down and click on the Edit Settings link for apps and websites
- Click on the Edit Settings button for apps and websites
- Click on the Remove icon for the SlideShare app

Where is this "Sync Slideshare.net Account" button?
I do not see the "Sync Slideshare.net Account" botton. I will give this a couple of days and then I will have to delete the account if I cannot find the button
