Just click the Invite Contacts link at the bottom of the page to send a customized invitation to the LinkedIn connections you choose.

Your connections can view your presentations. If they have the SlideShare app installed, they will be able to comment on your presentations as well. If you have added SlideShare to your profile page, logged in visitors to your LinkedIn profile will be able to see your presentations.
