You might not have the Flash player installed on your system. Go here to download Flash (Flash is a universal format and more than 99% of all computers have it installed; it is completely safe and you should download it without any hesitation). 

If you have IE7 on Windows Vista, there is a known problem installing the Flash player. Go here for detailed instructions on what to do. Because we also use JavaScript to ensure clean cross-browser support for our player, you will also need to have JavaScript enabled on your browser to view the Slideshows.

We have transitioned from Flash to a HTML5 technology and are converting more and more presentations to HTML5. However, this will take a while since we have so many presentations.
