Yes, you can remove audio from a Slidecast by following the steps below:

• Login to your account
• Click on My Uploads from the drop down menu on the top right
• Click on the Edit/Delete link of the content you want to remove audio from
• Click on the Edit Slidecast tab on the top
• Click in the Remove link to audio button and the audio synchronization will be removed
