How can I upgrade/downgrade or cancel my SlideShare PRO plan?

If you want to modify your SlideShare PRO plan, follow the steps below:

  • Login to SlideShare
  • Go to the drop down menu on the top right of every page and select PRO Dashboards
  • At the bottom of the page click on Modify Subscription 
  • Select the desired option

To cancel your SlideShare PRO account, please follow these steps:

  • Login to SlideShare
  • Go to the drop down menu on the top right of every page and select PRO Dashboards
  • At the bottom of the page click on Cancel subscription
  • Review if you wish to proceed with canceling, cancel the downgrade process.
  • Select the reason why you are downgrading (optional) and click on the Downgrade button to downgrade to a free account.

Once you cancel your account, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. In case you face any problems, please file a ticket.
