To download a presentation file, click on the Download link above the player. Please note you have to be logged into your SlideShare account while doing this.

If the content owner has disabled downloading, you will see a tooltip when you hover over the download link stating Download disabled by the author.

You could try contacting the author directly using Private Message from their SlideShare profile, and request for the original format.
