• 501(c) or W9 certificate
• Registration or incorporation certification
• Tax filing (or compliance) document
• Any financial statement or income related document showing nonprofit status
• Any nonprofit exemption certificate issued by your State, Provincial or Central Government

Other proofs not listed above are possible as well.
