Can I get retrospective analytics data after signing up for a PRO plan?

Yes, you can view retrospective metrics. This is available starting from a period of 30 days before you signed up for PRO. Data older than this is not considered. 

After signup, you will have to wait for a period of 24-48 hours for the analytics to be ready. This is when reports are generated via server logs. Till then you will see the "Robots at work" image on this page.

To view your analytics, follow the steps below:

  • Login to SlideShare
  • Go to the drop down menu on the top right of every page and select Analytics
