How do I file a ticket with customer support?

In case, you are facing a specific issue with SlideShare, please draft a question, using the following format:

 

  • Begin by stating your problems clearly
  • Mention the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue at our end
  • Mention your SlideShare Profile URL and username
  • Give information about the Operating System you are using
  • Mention the browser you are using
